Any one els here throw i usally throw a highschool shot around 32-36 feet in meets but i cant throw like i do in practice are they any way i can improve on that? i dont no exactly how 2 train and stuff.

yea we throw with parrigin alot he dose good just needs 2 control his spin
cause he did good with it last year when he learned it
