I am so glad that it is finally college football time in the Bluegrass!!! With that said, as much as I would like to see a huge blow out tonight, I am not expecting it. With an all new coaching staff and it being the first real game, these young Wildcats are going to have a lot of kinks to work out but, it's better to be doing it against lower level opponent than a Top 25 team! I will be happy to see what the offense looks like!

Going to be long year. This D looks terrible. Everybody talking about the new air raide and Whitlow looks terrible in the pocket, he has happy feet, looks nervous and terrible passer. He does look good running though. Looks like Western is going to blow UK out of the building if they can quit turning the ball over.

Agreed. Smith needs to be the QB in this offense. Whitlow needs to be Randall Cobb type player

Yes they should have thrown it. That's non sense running the ball on 3rd and 13 against your on goal line, what would have happened if WKU had stopped Sanders in the endzone on that run? Safety. I would have took my chances by airing it out....Oh by the way, I thought this was air raid, not Joker Phillips offense, run run run....
