Another thriller at the Dawg Pound!!

Kyle Bradley hit a three to tie the game at 57 with 3.38 sec left.
And in over time it was a battle of the D, but Kyle Bradley hit another 3 in over time to tie it again, and with 10.56 sec left Kyle got the ball and drove the lenght of the floor and hit a lay-up and fould as time expired but did not shoot the free throws since time expired.

All by the way Shawn fouled out with 2mins to go in regulation.
had no fouls when the thrid qtrs started and with in 4 mins had four fouls.

And all by the way the officals were horrible again.

Shawn Thompson 22 points 12 rebounds 4 assist 1 block.
Kyle Bradley 15 point.

Was a great game. Mitch Copley and Chet Phelprey did a good job when shawn went out with 2 min left in the 4th qtrs, and in ot.

Well we was up by 9, then in the start of the 3rd qtr they called 4 quick fouls on Thompson and he had to throttle down to try and keep from picking up his 5th and then in the 4th qtr on a spin move they called him for a offensive foul. Bull Crap call, but that is how the officals have called against us all year. IMO, Bradley was sick had been throwing up all day, but the main thing is they found a way to win.

There was 6 fouls called in the start of the 3rd qtr and they were all on LC and not the 1st one on Raceland. How can you even do that as an offical, to just over look it on one end and call it on the other. At one point the officals started jawing with fans and asking them if they had there lic, well its not there job to jaw with the fans they are suppose to over look it.

BATPUFF, why dont you stick to being the CO. Judge, because you do not know nothing about bball. All you want to do is ref bash. I was at the game and they done a great job. The ref was right, you should get your lic, but i'd bet you could never pass the test.

Its great that you support for team, but stop being such a whiner!

Well to start with you need to get your facts straight. and you must have been watching a different game. Because I wasnt the one that he was talking to, All for a little more info, I am not the Co. Judge. Those were the threre worst officals we have had that wprked together all year.

Since when was I bashing the officals, was just stating the facts. And if you cant handle the facts then its time you moved onto another thread.

And it was the facts at one point in the 3rd qts there was 6 fouls called and alll on Lawrence Co. and if you think different then look at the game film or the books.

All by te way I could get my Lic. if I so desired to.

The worst thing a Ref can do is ack knowlage a fan when they are bad mouthing them when a ref lets them know they heard them then it's like throwing GAS on the fire a good ref will never talk to a fan during a game if something bad is going on they will take it up with the coaches. This is just my opinion I wasn't at the game had to work but it sounds like these Dawgs really like playing at Home . Way to go Dawgs.:dance:

you two are crazy! It is impossible for you to be objective. As far as the fouls go your right, but LC committed everyone of those. I bet for the game it was even!

You are just typical fans,who dont the rules and all you know to do is blame the refs. Two of those refs have called state tourneys. So i am quite sure that they know what their doing. Would it kill you all to say that refs are capable. I know 90% of officicals and none of them would ever cheat. For crying out loud Mr. Davis is a preacher, and prehaps one of the best people i know. I agree that Mr. Pelphrey should not have yelled at fans, thats totally unprofessional and he knows better. But all i am saying is give the refs a break. My team lost and I am the one defending the refs.

Well to start with you need to read the rules because you are in violation of Rule #2. Don't attempt to reveal another member's real identity without their permission! So since you are on side of the officals you need to read the rules yourself. And the yes we won and the officals still sucked and they have no back bone to them to call a straight game, and I agree we mave committed 2 fouls and hell we were getting knocked to the floor and did you think tem no good for nothing officals were going to call anything against them. And I know alot of people who have there Lic, and I would almost bet that you wasnt a Raceland fan, because I have went back and read some of your other post and you say the same thing in them also. FUNNY if you ask me. Keep up the great work boys. Nice post batpuff and Bballmama!!!!

Of course you're defending the refs Home Grown. Cause as far as calls went, Lawrence co did get the shaft. I'm not saying LC didn't make those fouls but LC fans and players get really sick of other teams making the same fouls and never getting called. Its like we are playing against 8 on the floor.
Oh, and by the way, how about Raceland fans leaning over the rails bashing the refs after the game as they ran off the floor. HUMMMMM!

I bet it was, aftetr they made it a point to get #11 into foul trouble, and then it was into the 4th qtr before they even called a foul on Raceland.

i give up. i guess we have different views.
I know refs miss calls, but to always say they suck, and their horrible, and they all cheat, just sounds a little childish to me. Nonetheless, you have your right to say what you wish.

Different views is what makes a good sports forum, if we all thought alike it would get boring! The only thing I see is that yes the refs are bad in this region..I never knew how bad til we got put in the region..but also with knowing that we shouldn't expect it to be any better on any certain night or against any certain opponent. Most really good players are watched more, so I suppose that could make for some nonsense calls on the refs part. But this is a forum of opinions so whether or not you agree is really irrelevent. And thats the best part of this whole thing..and THIS COUNTRY we are free to speak our mind..God Bless America!! Confused
