The Cats improve to 11-1 and are now #7 in the country. Dual threat sophomore AJ Reed is on fire hitting and pitching. You're going to want to watch this young man play in college before an MLB team pulls him away.

Continued success Cats...

they really went backwards, but who would come there and coach and do a good job?
#13
With the kind of money they are pumping into basketball and football (right now) would be a great time for mitch to start looking for a better hire. SEC baseball is a big draw and can be a money maker if the coaching is there. Fans in Lexington have proven they will show up in droves if the team is competitive.

If I am not mistaken they are building a new baseball field or expanding cliff Hagen stadium.

Cats are hosting Auburn this weekend and are up a game in the series after winning 6-3 yesterday. UK is on a bad stretch, after dropping three straight to Ole Miss and dropping 2-3 against UT.

Hope they can stop the skid against Auburn and get back on a good foot with a week left in the regular season!

A sweep of Georgia would be a nice way to finish the regular season and would allow the Wildcats to finish at .500 in SEC play.

GO CATS!!!

Cats move on and beat top seed Florida 4-2 way to go CATS

They await the winner of Miss St or USC. Both ranked teams, and another win by the cats and they move on to the semi finals. Experts are saying if they can make it to semis they might get moved up far in the standings to host region. Ya never know, we could win the whole thing. What would be our ranking if we won the title in the SEC!

Thumbs up to UK who finished the season strong and ended up at #22 in the Nation. They beat Kansas to avoid elimination in the College World Series.

Unfortunately UofL knocked them out on Sunday evening ending their season.

AJ Reed pitcher/1st base was named National Player of the Year!
