It's really too early in the season to predict-but right now I'd go with:

1. Johnson Central-defense is absolutely solid
2. Lawrence-Created doubt with upsets-however in first games
3. East Ridge-Pitching/defense
4. Paintsville-Pitching/offense
5. Shelby Valley-Good offense/decent pitching
6. Magoffin-Not lost a game-but playing easy teams

Looks like all opinions the 57th has the top teams... Kinda not fair... Some districts cakewalk every year while these teams battle in most all sports!! Gotta love it tho! :-)

I still would have Magoffin ahead of Shelby Valley based on how they beat mutual opponent, Belfry, we will have some clarity on Magoffin tomorrow night after they play East Ridge.

It's ok... Just opinions... And Lawrence Co... IMHO, is the team to beat in the 57th... Magoffin is dangerous... And central, you guys are solid... So who knows what will happen but it sure looks like tough games for all!! :rockon:

I think the 12-2 win magoffin had over east ridge in the all a semi finals should concrete their position as one of the top three best teams in the region.
