Having a bench is really gonna help Kentucky next year. That's what killed us this year.

We are now up to 15 players, so we could take on one more without touching Hood or Polson's scholarships.

Shocking. Lol.
Great news. He neeeds it and the depth of next years team along with the experience should really be something to see.

I wish people would quit worrying to death about scholarships.
I GUARANTEE it will work out. These scholarship things always work out.

I think you will see line changes like a hockey game just wearing other teams down next year.
A much faster more relentless game.

Good choice by Alex, hopefully he and WCS can get the same result Terrence Jones and Doron Lamb got.

Considering this post got you to the number it did and your calling your shot before November, easy on the expectation folks.
This seasons team was supposed to be the best ever. Don't want to see you all on Dustys above bench. Mindful and thankful, without great expectations always bare better fruit.
I'm excited and looking forward to hoop season. In the meantime I'll be thankful for a great baseball season in the works....GO CATS!

Smart move on his part. He didnt want to be in the D league.
Id say he'll come off the bench for Randle.
Our depth could really be amazing. If and when Wiggins signs, this could truly be one of the greatest teams ever assembled, as long as they come together.

Who cares who starts. As long as they play together and win.

I don't recall anyone saying this year's team was going to be "the best ever". I do remember this recruiting class being hailed as the best class coming in this year, but that was it. There is no comparing this incoming class with last year's, not even close. And I think the high expectations are warranted with the players coming back and the incredible class coming in, even without Wiggins. But if Wiggins does come....WOW! I will say that anything short of the title would be one of the biggest let downs in UK history, seriously. If Wiggins comes there could be 7 or 8 NBA first round picks on this team and that adds up to unreal talent, depth and potential and I think Cal learned a lot this year too and he will not allow this 2013-2014 team to fall into the same rut as last year's did. Short of horrible injuries, I don't see anyone coming close to these guys.

I think Poythress has the most to gain by coming back. He's got an NBA body and his potential can be seen in several games last year. However the rest of the year was blah. Not aggressive or physical enough. With another year he can go from a late first round pick to a lottery. It's all up to him how good he can be.
