According to the Cantrell Ratings below is a list of the regional tournaments from strongest field to weakest field.

#1- 7th Region 76.9
#2- 6th Region 73.8
#3- 11th Region 72.9
#4- 9th Region 71.9
#5- 12th Region 71.6
#6- 8th Region 68.1
#7- 5th Region 65.3
#8- 4th Region 65.2
#9- 13th Region 62.7
#10- 2nd Region 62.5
#11- 10th Region 61.7
#12- 14th Region 60.2
#13- 16th Region 59.9
#14- 1st Region 59.7
#15- 3rd Region 58.0
#16- 15th Region 55.0

By these ratings the average team in the 7th region tournament is 22 points better than the average team in the 15th region.

^ More than likely. Especially with the Kentucky Wildcats playing Georgia @ 7:00 that night! However, two other mountain teams play that night also. Typically the have a decent crowd.

Although the 11th is very talented, the 7th region is easily the strongest. With Ballard and Trinity at the top and Central, St. X and Male this thing is loaded! I believe the Sweet 16 Winner will come from 6th or 7th. I don't like to eat chalk but I can't help myself!
