Best Student section in the Mountains???
#1
Thoughts??

We see the same stuff every year...

Hazard fans - creative
Knott fans - travel well and take their shirts off
Perry fans - rowdy
#3
When Paintsville and JC get together things get intense.
#4
We have no student section to cheer for the basketball team and only a small fraction of fans that the football program draws.
Shame!!

I dunno, bro.

I was at the game this year and the Hazard fans were pretty quiet.
Most of them even left a little early

Wolfe fans are usually pretty rowdy.

Estill County and Powell County gets pretty intense. They're both big schools with over 700 students, big fan bases, are in the same seeded district, and are located about 20 minutes from one another.

Hazard and Perry are pretty interesting.

Pikeville was small but loud at the All A:

The Middlesboro Student section has grown and IMO is the best in Eastern KY. They are loud, annoying, and almost always have a good theme. They were a huge factor in winning the 13th All A.

Middlesboro's WAS good when we played them earlier this year. I felt so sorry for that kid who was escorted out of the game because of the air horn!! LOL I used to hide them under my blue jeans; taping them to the bottom of my leg. I sounded one at a ballgame so much in Cumberland (years ago) that I completely froze my jeans stiff!

And they've gotten much better since they played Harlan County. And learned that Air Horns are not allowed in sporting events

Middlesboro's is legit. Have been since back in my playing days.

New Middlesboro Principal Bob Bennett has done a fantastic job building school pride this year. I think its apparent how much better things are now that students are taking pride in what theyre doing. I think its most obvious in the student section
