How is their season going to turn out? Any big things happen? (lost players, gained players)

They should be pretty good. Can't wait for another great season of 57th District action!

Still really a VERY young team. Loaded with talented FROSH. Three of which started last season. Coach Runyon has already filled the schedule with tough opponents this season. They only lost Sublett (PG) from last season and return four starters in Tiller (SR), K.Daniels (FR), Miller (FR) and Trimble (FR). Matt Daniels (SR) also returns this season after suffering an ACL injury last year. He along with Collins (SO), Should help take some of the scoring load off of Tiller, with their outside shooting. They have added three transfers along with about 4 more returning FROSH .
AND of course return Coach Runyon to the sidelines.
Should make for some exciting basketball of the next few years!
Oh yah....and one of the best bookmen in the mountains...LOL !

I think the Tigers should do fine this season. Having BMR around never hurts things either! And LOL at the last part!

Hook.....the last four or five years they been a young team.......the starter will have more than 200 (maybe 250) starts between themselves. I do agree with you about the stat man though.

Not sure how good they will be due to the lack of size, but you can bet your last dollar they will be in shape and play hard. BMR will make sure of that. Good Luck

I just don't see them being any better than last year. The freshman class my be good but basketball players they are not. We did add Daniels as a three point threat but that's about it and I hope these transfers are kids that can contribute. Are we counting Luke Daniels as a transfer? Best of luck to the Tigers.

Is Colby Burchett not playing this year? I thought he was one of the best they had last year and probably should have started.

No he isn't playing.

This is very suprising. Just my opinion but I feel like this is a pretty big loss. Any details to why not OTH??

^Gonna get ready for baseball. Senior year and wants to start conditioning with some of the younger players. Got the taste of almost winning the Region last season and wants to be that leader he can be. I have no problem with this. This is his final go round.
