Needs to have "rumor" in the title. I've heard it too, but have not seen confirmation, so I think we should be fair and title it what it is, a rumor at this point.
#4
Who are they recruting? Anyone we know?
I know two football players chose to attend from SV!
#5
Always wanting a link. Half the junk on the internet isn't fit to link. I heard the same thing. I hope it's not true.
#6
Heard a play was made at another SV kid but who knows. :dontthink
#7
I have no idea if that is what KHSAA is investigating. *RUMOR*
#8
Just wondering. Why do we have to put the official "Rumor" label on something? If a person starts a thread by asking if something they heard is true, doesn't that in fact make it a a rumor? Does it make it any more of a rumor by listing "Rumor"? I expect that MOST people on here have some common sense, so it just seems to me like by asking a question, one is not stating fact, but asking if there is any truth to what they heard (rumor). I don't mean to be a stick in the mud, that's just something I have always wondered about.

These are RUMORS!!!! Nothing more people, quit beating a Dead Horse

We've always put "Rumor" beside thread titles that were asking if something was true or not. That keeps everything from trying mixed up

With the exception of the Perry County/Spurlock deal right?
#12
^ Allan Hatcher is indeed out. The Spurlock thing was brought up in the Allan Hatcher out at Perry Central thread....which Spurlock is STILL the head coach at Sheldon Clark, if it had been a thread by it's self, Rumor would have been put in the title.

Whatever you say boss.

What's so hard to understand about that man?

Spurlock is at perry central now lol.

As a 15th Region Fan, I find it funny that Pikeville would be investigated while another school has two Canadians that magically appear (thanks to a person acting or appearing to be an agent), and now rumors of other transferring to the same school and there's nothing being said about an investigation. God Bless tha KHSAA and their infinite wisdom!

Oh yea.....and I forgot about all of the transferrs going on in the 14th region each year...almost looks like a Boston/LA trade.

One of the best, and most truthful posts, that has ever been posted on BluegrassRivals this year.

I listed the Kevin Spurlock to Perry County Central thread as a rumor until confirmed

Anyone who is shocked by recuriting stories shouldn't be this has been going on for years.

The word "Double Standard" would be more appropriate than shocked, imo.

I would have to agree. There is more foreigners in this state that any other time I can remember. Most all will be ruled eligible without question. If our own in state kids move for legit reasons they are investigated like theyve committed a homicide. What a sad thing....
#23
Again, what is illegal about Canadians coming to Kentucky to play basketball? Lol, nothing. It's because they're not playing for you or taking time away from local boys who have somehow earned their right to playing time by simply living here for longer according to some of you all. Grow up.

Lol, of course...a thread about Pikeville being investigated by the KHSAA gets turned into a thread about a couple of ER players. Ridiculous people...

But, back on topic. I know why they are being investigated, and the KHSAA looking into it is deserved, but nothing serious will come of it. You can take that to the bank.

He's pretty dense about a lot of things.

In the movie Hard to Kill, that quote was the staple that got the Senator put behind bars by Steven Segal. Sweet!

lol man, good eye. +10 cool points to you.:rockon:

Vundy is right. The allegations are minor and nothing major will come of it.
#29
They should disband.

Who? KHSAA? Why? While I don't agree with everything they do (refer back to the Lawrence County move to the 59th district as an example), I would say that saying they need to disband because they may or may not find allegations to be minor is a tad over the top.
