Beating Bell County garners a team ultimate respect. That is why the old Rock-Bell games were so fun. The games themselves usually were not close, one way or the other, but you never knew which team was going to win when both teams were good.

Tates Creek is set to have a monster year. I think they will suprise everyone this season. They have a high powered offense with one of the best backs in the state (Dennis Oxendine). Look for sophmore Graham Gordon to step up and deliver, he has several good receivers to throw the ball to, and should average well over 200 yards passing per game. They were fantastic in their scrimmage against Butler, but the real test is tommorow night when the score finally counts!!! Good luck Commodores!
