1. Josh Hamilton, TEX 21
2. Adam Dunn, CHW 17
3. Edwin Encarnacion, TOR 17
All three of those players have a similarity other than power....they all played for the Reds.
Thought you reds fans would either hate or love that.

Right now, he is already on pace to have BY FAR his best season.
His career high in BA is .276, home-runs is 27 and RBI is 76.
Right now he has .274 BA, 17 HR and 42 RBI.

I'm really only bitter about Josh Hamilton, since Volquez didn't pan out.
Dunn & Encarnacion are still strikeout machines with low averages.

.276 isn't bad. Especially when he can be put at 6th or 7th in the lineup.

Dunn was extremely close to not even being in the big leagues a year or two ago.

We should have never let Hamilton go. We could have made same deal by sending Dunn and another player to Texas.

Part of me wants to say Dunn only has 17 hits this season. I don't think that's too crazy.

In all honesty, had Hamilton stayed in Cincy, he may still be in a drunken stuper and never became the player he is.

Seems like almost every Championship tema has a former Red on it.

âRelax, all right? Donât try to strike everybody out. Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, theyâre fascist. Throw some ground balls â itâs more democratic.â
