I don't know who or how they pick the coach of the year; but I would think that Shawn Thacker would be the Coach of the Year in the 16th Region. Back to back trips to Rupp, played one of the hardest schedules in the state, beat a really good Ashland team twice, beat West Carter twice, beat a good Fleming Co team 3 times, beat Dixie Heights, beat #12 George Rogers Clark. I can go on.

Same could be said for why Corey Gregg of Ashland was not at least Co Player of the year or even Terry from Fairview. He is probally best shooter I have seen all year.

Just don't understand.
