Jenkins Teacher on Sodomy Charges

Not too many details right now but a Jenkins Independent band teacher is being charged with over 40 counts of sodomy. He is pleading not guilty. He was previously a teacher at another school, Letcher County maybe, and was being accused of sodomy there so he moved.

More details when I get more on the story.

This is a very dangerous posting without confirmation.
Have there been charges filed???
Have there been any arrests??
Where did the initial info come from??
Might want to add alleged to the post.
In this country we are presumed innocent until proven guilty...we must be responsible with our posts is all I am saying.

It was on WYMT news when I posted it and the charges had been pressed and it was going to court and all of that stuff. I just reported what the news had said, not just a rumor. I was in the clear. If the news had done a story on it then it's pretty much a good ahead to be able to post about it.
