Well, you can't say they are the top 2 teams in the region because of Sheldon Clark, however, I will agree they are the top 2 All A teams....

Actually, 2 of the top 4 teams in the region IMO......Valley has a very fast team........I'll take SV by 4

Lady Hornets press will be too much I do believe. Valley is a solid team but I think MC pulls it out.

Not sure about better coaching -- and no disrespect to anyone else, but I would take Coach Rowe over any coach in the region (Boys' teams coaches included)

Have you forgatten about Paintsville? They have already beat MC once this season. Here's a thought for ya. The winner of the Region will come out of the toughest District in the Region.....THE 57TH!

I agree, the 15th region champ will come out of the 57th district, but it will be the team that gets hot at tournament time.

OK, I agreed with you that the boys region winner will be from your region, but I am not so sure about the girls. I may be wrong here, but I will go out on a limb and say it's SV's year. There is some concern I guess about the future of the team if and when Fraley becomes eligible this season. I hope whatever happens has a positive effect for those scrappy and hard working Valley girls.

I do believe that this is the Paintsville Lady Tigers' year. They already have three, tough district wins on the road in the 57th. That is quite an accomplishment in itself, but these girls and Coach Baldwin's staff are hungrier than ever, and have a lot more work to do. Go Lady Tigers!!!
