Oakland needs some consistency.
I honestly believe he was a decent coach, BUT his comments after their last game ended his days there. Cannot sell out your players even if they did play like garbage.

Probably does not effect Palmer, but Palmer was wanted by Hue Jackson badly

He probably wasn't talking about his players, I believe the team liked him alot.
I think he was talking more about his coaching staff, especially towards Chuck Bresnahan.
Gosh, he's awful.

I don't how open it is, I think the new GM will bring in a Packer assistant. Also, 7 different head coaches in 8 years

Next Raiders head coach will probably be Winston Moss.

Reggie should have kept him.

I thought the Raiders should have kept him. McFadden was injured for most of the second half of the season which really hurt Oakland's chances.
This decision does surprise me a little. Jackson went 8-8 and was in the playoff hunt until week 17. I mean I dont think anyone could come in and turn around that program in one year with your best player out most of the season and Carson Palmer leading your team. I would have kept Jackson aleast one more year.
