Bowling Green ranked 36th in nation by Maxpreps
#1
The purples are ranked 36 in the nation by Maxpreps. It's about time they are getting some attention. Highlands is ranked 86th. Trinity is ranked 2nd. Three teams in the top 100. Not too shabby.

That's great to see 3 KY teams in the top 100.

Are you sure that is not CalPreps.com you were looking at instead of Maxpreps?

Here is a link to the CalPreps.com top 1000

http://calpreps.com/2011/ratings/National_all.htm

Congratulations to all three teams, they deserve it!!

Max Preps has Trinity #1 nationally

They must use the same rating system. I just looked at Maxpreps and it's the same as Calpreps.

If you are looking at:

http://www.highschoolsports.net/massey/ notice that is Massey Ranking not Max Preps

but at

http://www.maxpreps.com/polls/football/xcellent25.htm

Both the Maxpreps Excellent 25 and the Maxpreps Freeman Ratings have Don Bosco Prep #1 and Trinity #2.

USAToday's Super 25 Expert Rankings and ESPN's POWERADE FAB 50 Rankings have not come out for this week.

Still an excellent showing for any Kentucky school.

Congratulations to Trinity, they deserve it. They are on a different level from the rest of KY.

You are right...I was looking at Massey, typing Max Preps.

USAToday's Super 25 Expert Rankings are out at http://www.highschoolsports.net/super25/football/
There is no mention of either Highlands or Bowling Green. Don Bosco Prep stays at #1 and Trinity stays at #2. Don Bosco's season is over, so unless Trinity loses or does something extraordinary, they will stay at #2.

ESPN's POWERADE FAB 50 Rankings is out at http://espn.go.com/high-school/football/...ings/fab50
Trinity moved up from #4 to #3 behind Don Bosco Prep and Armwood, FL. In order to Trinity to move to #1 they will have to so something extraordinary. Also note that Highlands is now #42, but still no mention of Bowling Green.

Maxpreps rankings are at http://www.maxpreps.com/polls/football/xcellent25.htm
Trinity stays at #2 behind Don Bosco Prep and no mention of Bowling Green or Highlands.

Here's a useless, but funny fact, in the Maxpreps ratings. It's not that Covington Holy Cross is ranked #1367 in the nation, but that they moved up 589 spots! If they win Friday, do they make it into the top 1000? lol

Awesome...I love watching BG.

Congrats to Bowling Green. #36 in the country and #3 or #4 in Ky. I'm not so sure Covcath isn't better than Bowling Green too.
