Former Pineville High School football Coach Bill Adams died Wednesday, December 21, 2005, at the Pineville Community Hospital at the age of 75. He was a teacher, principal, and football coach at Pineville for over 30 years. His grandson, David Adams, played for the Mountain Lions this year. Here is a link to his obituary:
