Congrats Ashland I knew the Tomcats were a heavy favorite in this one. I had them as a 9.5 point favorite. The Tomcats covered and broke there losing skid to JCHS. The Eagles were not sharp tonight. There was no-way Ashland was letting Jude beat them. Nice season Ashland good luck in the playoffs!

Total Domination! Jude was a non factor with 53 yards.... Ashland running game was the story of the night besides THAT SMOTHERING DEFENSE!!!!

Johnson Central's best days are ahead of it. They have a very young team with plenty of talent in the pipeline. Ashland has a very experienced team and may be the biggest threat that Highlands will face this season - if they make it past Covington Catholic.

I watched Belfry Ashland and said Ashland could stop Jude Belfry could not get loose against Ashland the power run and great D won that game.

No, could not knock them out of playoffs, but toughest team they play rest of the year. They were a big threat to beat Highlands, and Highlands does not like to lose any games regardless if it is regular season or post season.

Ashland was deffinately the better team tonight. I love my Eagles but not sure where they were tonight. Congrats to Ashland. Central needs to shake it off and focus on Belfry and the playoffs.

I've been saying all year Ashland's D is for real. Not wanting to get anything going here, the radio guy on 97.1 had Jude for 53 on the post game show. He got some good runs late in the 4th so he may have gotten 74. We'll see what the paper says in the morning.

JC truly enjoyed a great run of talent when Hall, Ousley, Bratton and Jude were team mates. Hall was a beast on D too. You just don't jump up and replace that caliber of player, they were special and very good football players.

JC went 3 and out time after time. It was good to see a total team effort this late in the season. I said in the prediction thread that Ashland was moving in the right direction and at the end of the year a team can't say that very often.
