It needs to happen soon

With a top 20 recruiting class coming in next year I think it will definatly happen in 2 years....I think UK could win 8 or 9 games in 07 if everyone develops right....

2 More Like 3 Years

never, well maybe in 10 years

when they get rid of rich brooks will improve the team alot so defianatly sometime after him

Let's see how he does next year.. I think that will be the proving point on if he is a good coach or not.. 3 years with a team should be long enough to get your style into the players..

2 or 3 years, whenever the incoming class are juniorsand seniors.

The program is definitely heading in the right direction after recruiting like they've done this year. I've always believed UK has had the talent to be "successful," they just never had the coaching. I think the staff is the biggest reason for their lack of success in recent years, and once they make a few changes, things will look brighter. But I give them 2 years, 3 at most to turn it around.

Probation is the reason they have been so bad lately. They had only like 67 players on scholarship this and I believe 40 some of them were freshmen and sophomores.

UK's football program will turn around in the next 2-3 years...How far they will turn is another story...

i think it will be in a few years...i dont know how good they will be but it will be a large improvement from now
12-23-2005, 09:11 AM
You'll see a big improvement this coming year. The '07 year UK WILL be in a bowl.

I think that they will be better when they get rid of Brooks. (With one exception--if there is real hope this year--like massive improvement--and not just measured in wins/losses--then he should get to stay).
I think the right coach could win IMMEDIATELY at UK. Even with probation.

Probably 2 years......but next year if UK doesnt improve Brooks is on the hot seat!

I believe he's referring to the football team.
UK Basketball fans - Impossible to please
UK Football fans - Very easily pleased

I should of used these golfman when i was saying that. However, now that I think of it. Our football fans are not that spoiled. Winning 3 games a year isnt going to spoil anyone. Least I hope not But basketball fans are a different story. Basketball fans are very spoiled and very hard to please. I would be guilty of being a spoiled basketball fan
All jokes aside. I would love to UK football consistantly make a bowl game each year. Small bowl, Big bowl.. Doesnt matter. Any bowl right now would be great.

Just don't know if it will happen under the current coach. I would love to see it! The bottom of the SEC gets lonely every year.
