The two dropped passes in end zone really killed Raceland.
You could not have asked for a better game until the 4th quarter. I was really surprised that Fairview took over the way they did in 4th. Looked like Raceland just wore out.
The future looks really bright for the Rams.

Raceland and Fairview put on a good show. Raceland did wear down. Raceland threw 2 4th quarter ints that led to the last 13 points for Fairview. Both hit the receiver in the hands , but he doesn't hold onto them and they go into the waiting hands of the Fairview player behind the receiver. Good game. The better team won tonight. Fairviews defense was stout.

I would like to say Great game from the kids tonight, Fairview hangs in to grab a hard fought game. Tough game, good luck to the Eagles. Hold your young heads high Rams,,, At one time we only had 1 senior on the field... Hang in there guys and continue to improve..

Raceland played a damn good game agasint a very good Fairview team. Russell played Lewis County, im not taking anything away from Lewis County because anytime they can beat the Little red devils to WIN THE DISTRICT TITLE!!!!!!!!! then im a happy man, Raceland will get another shot at Fairview and hopefully we dont make the silly turnovers that killed us. Good job Rams, Russell better be ready

Not trying to be mean but why are you guys saying young Rama? Fairview plays two freshman on oline and dline and are very young in alot of areas too. It was a good game but fairview turned it over too and played pretty bad on offense

Is there any truth to the rumor that a member of fairviews administration owns rental properties that these fairview transfers from west Virginia are living in?

Thought I heard that somewhere....

Congrats go out to all of FAIRVIEW EAGLES! Very good team.
Littlejohn killed us a cople times. Very hard runner. Never gives up. We had him in the backfield twice. And he broke away from several RAM defenders. And run for td's. All others we kept in check for the most part. The eagles defense gave us lots of trouble. They play very agressive. Dropping two td passes in the endzone will kill you in a game like this. And having our best running back (REED) go out in the second quarter was a killer. He had some really nice runs up till the injury. Look forward to a possible rematch. The int's at the end just put iceing on the cake for the eagles. Good luck the rest of the season eagles unless we have that rematch!!

I have all kinds of things to say here. This was a great game until the 4th Q. The video on YouTube makes me sick, but Fairview and their fans dont have any room to talk, they're mouthy as well. Both teams are young Raceland is probably younger, I think over half of their roster is made up of freshmen and sophomores, and those kids play a lot and if I'm not mistaken Fairview's entire backfield are seniors, by the way, where did #16 come from? Fairview is a good team, nowhere as good as last year, and I honestly believe Raceland could beat them in a rematch. The bottom line, and pay attention here Russellpride, Rcaeland got outcoached. Fairview got the ball into the hands of their playmakers last night and Raceland didn't.

I think Raceland's defense had something to do with the play of Fairview.
