Got to throw in Brett Dowell from Garrard. Very Disciplined with assignments. Solid on
tackles, but he can plug the middle and has a relentless pursuit.

Shouse is not a linebacker. He is a strong safety. Although, he does play much like a linebacker and if usually in on almost every tackle. Extremely physical player capable of landing hits hard enough to take anyone out of the game at any given time.

i thought fugate from breathitt played d-end? ghormley from belfry is a very good linebacker and i agree that he could be in top ten. i also think kody trivette from pike central could be mentioned on this thread. and speaking of shouse he is a SS you could consider him as a linebacker in there defense though because he's always in the box as a linebacker and played at breathitt his freshman year at linebacker.
