He is now 5'10 1/2 and 153 pounds......He is getting bigger and stronger, ya know i think everyone is so hyped about Jaysean and is going to forget about the boy phenom. He could have a unreal breakout season in assist and as a leader of a team. Make no mistake Jaysean is the star this season but on the floor Braxton will be the LEADER! Also if he is growing this fast he could end up being about 6'2 and if so he will go to a top 25 D-1 school im calling it now.

Yeah keep hyping him up and destroy him. That's what everyone was saying about E Justice also. He ended up riding the bench as a walk on. Leave the kid alone and just let him play.

Dont know about that!! If he doesnt get any better the next 5yrs he is still 1 of the best players n the region. Nothing disappionting bout that.

Obviously you didnt watch many louisville games because justice saw significant time and if im not mistaken is now a scholarship player. Plus Justice was no where near Braxtons level at this age. And also even if he was on the beanch how can u ever act as if a boy from the mtns being on a major d-1 program as a bad thing. I would be honored to ride a top 25 teams bench.

I agree with that but the boy is a gym rat and loves the game like no other. He will continue to get better with time and by his senior year he will be one of the best ever from pcc and maybe from the 14th region.

I know. Seems like he should b a jr or senior. Is he the 1st ever 7th grade MVP of a regional tourney on the boys side?? I think the noble girl did it on the girls side.

Stuart Stamper started varsity at KCC his 8th grade year, but I think the Beverly kid better. Extremely impressed with him. I think he is the best grade school player I have seen play. I also really like the Combs boy that played at Cordia last year. He was a 6th grader and really impressed me. Again, I think Beverly is better but the Combs kid is going to be good.
Now that I think about it, I am coming up with several kids that started varsity while still in grade school, but Beverly is definitely the best that I can think of any way. Wish him all the luck in the world.

I'm not going to say Beverly is going to be better than Justice, because Justice is one of the best overall players I've seen play in the Mnts. He can be just as good though(possibly better), that's all up to Braxton.
superfreak, every time I see you post you're taking shots at Justice, and now you're doing the same to Beverly..

He is already a great player for this area. Hopefully what ur saying is that he he will continue to work and become a better player than the player he already is!!! Its a big deal to perform the way this kid did on the stage he did it, and do it as a 7th grader is unheard of. I wish him the best in the future!!!
