Feel free to add anyone to the list that you may choose. Please keep them 1980's and beyond, or at least players who played their entire career AFTER the NBA/ABA merger.
John Wall
Demarcus Cousins
Eric Bledsoe
Patrick Patterson
Tayshaun Prince
Jamal Mashburn
Keith Bogans
UPDATE:
Rajon Rondo (How could I forget him!)
I did not list many UK players because I am trying to keep the idea as who WILL have the best career. Off the top of my head POST NBA/ABA merger, it seems as if Jamal Mashburn had the best NBA career, tell me if I am wrong.
The question is who WILL?

John Wall and Rajon Rondo

Rondo at this stage. Wall could, but not if he does not get to a better team

Have to agree with Rondo. Prince started out with a lot of promise but so much for that. And I dont have high hopes on Wall at all. Cousins with some maturity could be a dominate force.

Rajon Rondo or Demarcus Cousins IMO.

Rondo is currently the best IMO.
Antoine Walker had a couple years where he was the leagues leading 3 pt shooter.
Jamal Mashburn had a good all-around career.
I honestly think Wall will be the best PG in the NBA in a few years.

I have to agree with most posters above. Rondo currently is, Wall could be with a better team, Cousins matures he could be an absolute beast.

I agree..
I see Cousins being another Kenyon Martin or a bigger Stephen Jackson..
Wall definitely has the potential to be the best, but he needs some solid role players to do anything..
Wizards got rid of a good piece when they let Gilbert "Grape" Arenas go..

Right now it has to be Rondo. But, I do think John Wall has a chance to surpass him if he was to get on with a better team.

Obviously Rondo is the best UK alum right now. Cousins has the most talent, and could be a top 2 big guy in the NBA(I'm not counting on it though). IMO Wall will be the best. He averaged 16 & 8 last year with virtually nobody around him. Wizards had a great draft class. Walls stats will get better as he improves each year and as his supporting cast gets better. IMO the Wizards will make the playoffs next year(if the lockout don't take the season). I also think Enes can have a great NBA career.

even though he's already retired, Mashburn had a pretty great career..
one of the best from uk to ever suit up back in his prime IMO

Doron Lamb when he gets there.

Rajon Rondo is the best player in the NBA right now.
there havn't been a player that could take over a game without scoring a point.

^^^lol...
I'm going to go with Rajon Rondo...but I think Wall will end up being the better player talent-wise.
