I think Josh Dixon from Belfry will be on these lists after this season.

And yes I would take Canady over Davenport... Why?
1. Canady is a Junior
2. Bigger 6'0-- 201
3. Safety --Big Hitter
4.RB
5. WR
6. Punter
7.Punt returner
8.KO--Returner
9.Alot Stronger
10. And still runs in the 4.5s
No disrespect to the Davenport Kid he is the best Back in SE and maybe Eastern Kentucky--TOP 2 for sure..but if I had to choose a more complete player I would take the Cannady Kid.

I am sure he could match all that except size and Strentgh..but does he do those things every game NO --Cannady does that every game that is why I said what I said---as far as last year goes yes Davenports Team out performed Canndys Team and their Coach--I would have drove in for the rematch this year but your New Coach stopped that--oh well:Clap:

I'm quite sure there are a few that aren't on this list that should be, and a few that aren't on it that should be. This is only an opinion, so guys that didn't see your name on the list, do not despair, just go out every game with your "work clothes" on and do the job.

You all constantly talk of the rematch, but don't really understand why it's not happening this year. Coach Mills is a great guy and made a lot of friends at KC and loved his players. EVERYONE who has ever watched a Bell/Knox game knows its physical and tempers get out of line at times. Coach Mills simply didn't want this going down between these kids. He doesn't want to make any enemies, even though im sure he did when he left. Give it time I promise you will see Knox and Bell play. Also, don't give me the "he was scared, Knox would beat them this season" junk either. Thats for the birds IMO!

Brady Hightchew, Beechwood 6-1 180 Sr. QB/DB
Hightchew plays for Newport Catholic, not Beechwood

By my count, 6 of the 50 on the list will all be on the field @ Boyle this Friday. Just another reason that this is THE game to watch this week.
08-15-2011, 01:16 PM
^ Does anyone know if there will be a webcast of the game? This would be a great game to watch the replay of for all of us that will have our own games to go to.

I agree... my hunch is by season's end Dixon may very well be the best defensive player East of I-75. I can't remember the last time Belfry had a Safety who could change a game like Dixon can in so many ways.

NOW THAT A LIST! I think highschool football is really on the rise in Kentucky and you can tell by who these kids are sign with,USC's,Auburn's. I just wish would could keep them in state wearing blue and white. UK use to keep them big name players in state and now their going else were because UK thinks that if your not from Flordia,Georgia,Tenn, you can't play football. UK gets the players that UF,FSU,Miami,Georgia don't want instead of getting top notch players from Kentucky that would most likely play harder because they was raise on the blue and white.
