Phelps Coach Resigns!

The Appalachian News Express is reporting this morning that Phelps HS football coach has given his resignation effective Feb 1.
Another one bites the dust.
SV, ER, PCC, Phelps,???
What's going on? Is the Pike Co Board cleaning house?

Bill McKinney is a good coach and a better person. He will be missed on the Phelps sideline. Good luck Coach M, in what ever you do.

This now leaves Philip Haywood and Chris McNamee as the only Pike County coaches who haven't left their teams, right?
