As usual I am stumped on this hire, really good guy but no Head coaching experience, makes you wonder on the reason. Oh well good luck and welcome home Tommy.

He was an assistant coach in GA last season.

Same could be said on all coaches first stints. Untill someone gives you a shot you will never have any head coaching experience. Good luck on the year.
