South Floyd '06
#1
They lost 6 seniors off last years team and return some good runnin backs Ethan Johnson and Anthony Barker. IMO if the Raiders can get somebody into the QB spot then they shouldnt have that bad of a season.
#2
Not a football school.
#3
Well what do you call P-burg? Their record wasn't very impressive this year!
#4
hey guys lets not get into a debate over this.... you both have good points to argue either way so lets not turn this thread into that..

Next year i see SF having trouble once again because of their loss at QB. i think they might be a little tougher on the line and in the backfield but they lose a big step up player in Ryan Johnson. i guess we will have to wait and see. what i do know is that SF has got a lot of incoming talent from their freshmen class and this year's eighth grade class. whom will be freshmen next year.
#5
sf should have a better season because they will be more experienced
#6
SF will not have a good season they'll loose to hazard, pville, pikeville and another team i dont see a playoff team next year for them !
#7
sf should make the playoffs they should win 6to 7 games next next year
#8
I think they will make the playoffs.

I think he still plays doesnt he? I think he is #81 but I'm not sure.
#15
I see them only winning 3 games at the most.
#16
Everyone knows South Floyd isn't a football school I don't think jayblackcat meant anything just stating the obvious. Not meaning South Floyd can't be good or anything.Everyone knows that basketball is the main thing at South Floyd.
#17
I would have liked to have seen SF and P-burg play this year because they wasnt much either.

I think P Burg plays a little better quality of teams...Dont you think????
#19
Thats why we dont play AC or BL or Jenkins...OR SF!!!!
#20
They need to stick with Bball..But i have a feeling Bball program might be the virge of exploding????
#21
Pburg was pretty tough this year and didnt improve anybody. They finally got smart and started Bobby at QB but it was a lil to late.. And sf will always be good at basketball, but if you think they are about to explode then come watch them against your blackcats.
#22
i believe that south floyd might not do to well this year but theyll definetely win more than just three games, i believe that their getting some good juniors to play this year, and that will make a big dif when it comes to their defense and offense.i wonder who will replace Kyle at FB their gonna need someone good with faster feet and a sense for gaps and holes in the def.i dont know what will happen so we'll just have to see who comes out and watch the 06 season unfold.:ref1:

Justin Slone was the receiver hes a senior!

He was moved to running back this year because the Raiders didn't pass hardly any and it was the only way to get himt he ball.
#25
from what i understand this school seems to leaning more toward basketball than football, but hey i like their football program eventhough it gets in slumps at times but doesnt everyone?..... so good luck SF
#26
they will make the playoffs
#27
