Marion County 53, Elizabethtown 52: Makayla Epps hit two free throws with 3.7 seconds left to give the host Lady Knights (25-6) a 53-49 lead, and they held on for their second straight regional title.

Natalie Greenwell, who led the Panthers (29-4) with 26 points, hit a three-pointer at the buzzer.

Epps had 16 points, Bre Elder 15 and Kyvin Goodin-Rogers 11 for Marion County.
