Cody Moore of LC

It was just brought to my attention that Cody Moore of Lawrence County has signed with Southeastern Illinois.

Congrats to this young man and LC as they send yet another Bulldog off to the next levels.

anxious to see where a few others from this team will go?

Yes, should be a great opportunity for him to get to play and groom himself for 2 seasons and hopefully go on to D-1 ball or D-2.

He actually had some D-1 offers such as Marshall and West Virginia.

Awesome news for Cody! He has a big body and should continue to mature.
On a side note he did not get offers from Marshall or WVU.

I don't know about any offers, but I can tell you that that there were a lot of side-bar discussions with Cody at the Marshall Showcase this past summer. He was by far and away the best pitcher during the scrimmages that were held. Their was a big Lefty there from Ohio who was suppose to be the best of show. These things mean absolutely nothing. There was I know great interest in CM.

The latest on what I have heard from people is Walter's State? Whether or not that is true or not I have no clue because it has been passed down thru 3 or 4 sources? They very well could have gotten confused and the actual truth was that Cody knew a guy named Walter from another State? who knows? haha!

Mr. Slim I can fully understand your love,care, appreciation, support, and positive acknowledgment of the LAWRENCE COUNTY DAWG BASEBALL PROGRAM. Thank you so kindly. However don't you think it is a bit unfair,discriminatory and perhaps presumptuous; to bestow all your huggies upon one player. By the way that was truly a "Funny"(for real). Do you send much stuff to Foxworthy and how is your curveball this date?

I have no clue what your referring to as far as "huggies?" Obviously, your not too sure what those words mean you were using? I was simply asking if there was any truth to that because I understand how information gets passed down, and in most cases it isn't true?

Sam Burton is signing with Walters State.

Thank you for clearing that up? Congrats to him! That is a top notch program with great nationwide exposure. I think with a little bit of mechanical work he could possibly be D1 in a couple of years?

For the record Mr.C I agree with you 99.99% of the time. Your posts are correct in my opinion and positions well taken. I am not sure but I believe Moore is going to Southern Ill. At any rate I don't believe he knows A Walter from out of state but I think he met Joe while at SI.

I'm still not real sure what your talking about but I actually got Sam and Cody mixed up on who was going where? Other than that I really don't know anything I've ever said negative about any LC player or Pikeville player for that matter? I support all these kids from eastern Kentucky and I wish all of them the best. If your wanting a fight your barking up the wrong tree because I have nothing but positive things to say about these kids.

Cody has a lot of upside. He has the frame to throw in the 90's and it the best in the region at locating the ball along with Zack Jackson. Who is recruiting Zack CH?

Cody really hasn't gained much velocity since his 8th grade year. He should be throwing in the 90's

No fight intended however I was just curious about the "HaHa". I especially do not want the little people to get started. I have always been disturbed about that past picture and any legit poster should as well. It stayed on line much too long and certainly illistrates why some LC individuals are so well thought of and about.

Past Picture? I have no clue about any type of pictures or anything of what your talking about? What picture are you talking about? For some reason I am starting to think you are confusing me with someone else?
