Nov. 21, 1997. Breathitt County High School brought a 42-game football winning streak to Louisa for a Class 2A football playoff game with upstart Lawrence County.

I actually coached in that game. Those 4 are some of my best friends and I can say without reserve all 4 of them are some of the greatest guys I've ever known. All 4 have a drive and competitive edge in them that is 2nd to none!

I played in that game with Jason and Gerad, and was coached by Phil. It was a memorable night for everyone in Lawrence County and football fans in Eastern Kentucky. I also had the chance to play with Dontae and you couldn't ask for a better teammate.
