Quick a first-team sophomore All-American
#1
Trinity High School wide receiver James Quick has been named to the MaxPreps.com first-team All-American sophomore team.

Quick, only the eighth sophomore to ever make The Courier-Journal’s first-team All-State team, was the only Kentuckian listed on the sophomore team.

Also one of the top basketball players in the Class of 2013, Quick finished his season with 88 catches for 1,114 yards and 15 touchdowns in helping the Shamrocks to a record 20th state championship. He also rushed 19 times for 282 yards and two more scores and added two more touchdowns on kick returns.

Quick was a top 5 player in the state this season as a soph. He really could be the best player overall next season as a junior, and probably will end up being a 4 or 5 * player
