UPDATE: Wade Phillips has been hired as the D-Coordinator for the Texans!

PLEASE let this come true. Wade is GREAT as a D-Coordinator! This will also put pressure on Gary to win games.

He is a heckuva D-coordinator. He would be a great pick up for the Texans.

nope, not yet. he just said that he's interested in the position. i do hope it gets done tho

I think he makes a good fit there. They have a very good defense, and he could have some great tools to work with.

That is what I continue to tell people. There are some good pieces. Ryans, Cushing and Williams, if nothing else.

Cushing is a hot-head and needs to be sat down and talked to about being a leader and an example but he can flat out play.
