I think coach Haddix & Perry Central will finally win their first playoff game in school history. They have a lot of returning players that will be back from last years speedy team that finished 7-4. They will have major work to do on their O & D line though cause thats where they will be short handed. but i look for this team to make it in the playoffs an give Harlan Co the game of their life with Matt Robinson running the show on defense the kid is a man child an will light up sports overtime all year im sure so be on the look out Jeff Archer lol. Remember It's a new year & a new season. Work hard this off season boys cause we still believe in you, you just got to believe in yourself and believe that your coaches will get you there. & on behalf of the big red nation of pcc, Good luck coach Haddix and to your staff!!:rockon:

Belfry will definately make it back to B.G.... They have alot of talent returning on both sides. They have a great running back in Jeffree Pruitt.

My mistake. Jeffree Pruitt is graduating this year. but they do have two great backs returning next season as seniors, being Gary Runyon and Trey Willis. They also have a good quarterback returning as a senior in Tyler williams. I look for them to make alot of noise next season.

Lone Oak returns a lot. ACS will be pretty good. Martha Layne Collins will be solid. Tough road either side of 4A next year.

District 8 3A should be interesting in 2011, with the addition of Lawrence County. The favorites, I think, will be Belfry and Pike Central. But, there could be some surprises. We shall see!

I can easily see that because to be honest I don't see one solid program on that side of the ledger other than maybe Pulaski County.

I agree 100% with Harlan County in the east.. Marcus McMillian is a great running back.

My 100% accurate 6 predictions for 2011 football;
1. At least 200 players will jump up and celebrate after making a tackle, acting like he just won the Super Bowl. Confirming in their mind that they are the greatest to ever play the game
2. Over 500 players will wave their arms up and down encouraging fans to cheer, not quite understanding that people cheer because of how well you play, and not because your fragile little ego needs boosting.
3. At least 50 teams will be firmly convince they were cheated out of the game by the Refs, and the sad part is a small portion of that goup will be right.
4. a minimum of 2000 fans will say "If" after a lose. If we ran this play, if so and so wasn't hurt we would have won, If the coach wasn't an idiot, it it hadn't rained, if it had rianed, if it had snowed, it hadn't been so hot/cold. And they will all be correct, but it is the nature of the game.
5. countless coaches across the state will question their career choice. "They don't pay me enough to put up with this crap"

Sorry, just had to vent a little. This "It's all about me" attitude I have seen displayed by players over the last several years has really got me down. Oh yea, one other prediction.
