Harlan improves to 4-1

Per the radio, Ely came out smoking hot forcing Lynn Camp to put a chaser on him. Harlan forced many, many turnovers and got points in transition after that.
Ely finished with 17 and Chris Begley, who had 18 in an earlier tournament game, was named MVP of the Bowman Memorial Tourney. Ely, Brandon Taylor, Ty Saragas and Cody Nolan also made All-Tournament.

LOL What station were you listening to? I'm really starting to see a turnaround in the morale and unity of this team. Could be a good year. Ely and Begley are getting a lot of credit but Saragas IMHO makes this team go. He creates a lot of opportunities and is knocking down shots. Taylor is also playing well. We need to get more consistency in the post and things will get even better.

^ What would you attribute the moral turnaround from?

Moral maybe was a poor choice word. Winning has created unity and a better team spirit.

AM station now has a new husband/wife announcing team. Don't remember their names but they were actually pretty funny. One name not mentioned here that they spoke highly of was a Hampton kid off the bench. Apparently gave them a spark.

I know this man. Entertainment is ALWAYS abundant when he is in the house!
You are correct Hampton plays with a lot of energy and is VERY athletic. Plays very high around the rim for his height.
