I sure hope so. That will leave others wide open.

The passing game hurt us last week and we all know that. I am sure coach Mills will have them ready for the pass game. It may require some players to go both ways. We will have better coverage. It won't be the same as last week. Don't get your hopes to high.

Jeffery would be the only other player that I would want on the defensive side. I would expect him to be out their this week anyway?
11-18-2010, 09:24 AM
Knox would want Bell to throw the ball. If Bell has to throw or comes out throwing, this plays in Knox favor. I don't see Dudley throwing a lot. He will establish the run. He will do nothing different from last time. I love all the Bell fans that say you didn't see this last time. Knox on the other hand has nothing to lose...you may see a lot of different things. That is what makes this game dangerous for Bell. Bell is a big favorite....Knox by 1 in the biggest upset since Boyd.

LOL Just one of many option.

We will score, might not be many but we will score. We always come out strong against Bell, but unfortunately that only last so long and they typically take over.

Part of the Bell success formula is a form of confidence that some call "Swagger". The fans on this board for Bell are even more confident than the coaches and players there. But that is to be expected. Our players, thanks to our coaches and fans, have moved away from being surprised by our success and now occupy a similiar level of confidence.
They respect Bell but have no fear of them. They fully expect to leave Log Mountain with a win. In 2008 we were happy to give them a scare after they scorched us in regular season. Nothing less than a win will satisfy this group tomorrow night as the regular season contest simply proved to these young men that they can play with Bell when nobody else can. That means you will face the most determined, talented, and well coached and frankly angry team you have seen all year. We know a W means climbing a tall mountain.
But never has there been a Knox Central team that is more able to mount an assault on that mountain this one. These boys will crawl over bodies and and use the points of their own broken bones as weapons to get this win. They will not lose for lack of effort, heart, will, and determination. Will that be enough to get a Win? I think so.

Dont worry we have plenty of WR's with speed. Cody D, Thacker, Henderson and Oslonian will leave you in the dust.
See thats what makes Bell Co so good. We have multiple players at multiple positions that are great. You cant just focus on 1 player. You can try but other will burn you.

Boyd Co really wasnt a upset if you knew football. Boyd Co had ALOT of injuries that year. Come playoff time they had everyone healthy. Too this isnt the Bell Co of 2002.
Dont worry we wont throw the ball AS MUCH as Rowan Co, because we have a rushing attack that Knox hasnt seen this year, yes you heard it again. 1st game all single back plays for Cory. The 30 yard TD run he had was because that play we stuck JD in as lead blocker. This game tomorrow you will see a lead blocker in every run play.

We will just crowd up the old middle with every one and let everyone else just run down the field. I guess the coach told you what he was going to do to Right!!

Bellbobcats09 seems to be the reporting authority when it comes to Bell Co. So I guess everything they practice and talk about during the week goes through him. Know all, tell all. Dam up that middle K.N.O.X.:blabbermo:blabbermo:blabbermo:blabbermo:blabbermo:blabbermo:blabbermo

KNOX fans need to be realistic and know that Bell Co. will win big and just be happy to have played them close in the first meeting. At least Knox had a good season.

This should be a great game again. Two quality teams and coaches. I'd go watch this one if Somerset weren't playing too. I'll definately be pulling for the winner of this one to take state.

This isn't Hamburger Hill. It's a football game. I hope there isn't any broken bones or any other weapons used.

That reminds me. I saw this on Cincinnati.com:
"Heading into this weekendâs games, Bell County coach Dudley Hilton has 344 career victories â one shy of the former Newport Central Catholic coachâs record. Bell County should beat Knox Central in Fridayâs Class 4A regional title game. (It already beat Knox Central once this year, 21-7.)
Schneider amassed his wins during 44 seasons at his alma mater. Hilton is in his 35th year as Bell Countyâs head coach."
If this has already been discussed, excuse me. If not, shame on the Bell fans for not bringing it up. It is a big deal.
