Just a suggestion, but lets try to make this thread about legit openings and save the rumors or make a rumor thread. Seems like these posts always end up taking a left turn and end up closed.

Really? Turner has only been their 1 year!
Hoptown would not surprise me. Lots of tradition and very little success lately.

Yep, Mason's resignation from Mercer is official. And of course, for "family reasons," one of the most overused cliches in sports.

Anyway, good luck with the hiring process, Mercer fans.

I'd say the 'family reasons' are legit on this one. Apparently, a players parents got into it with his wife. Totally bad situation...

Who are the leaders for the Madison South Job?
11-16-2010, 10:20 PM
I'd say from the sounds of the article that it's going to be more of the same at Mercer. How can you wait until February to see what jobs will be available before you hire a coach. Not a sign of good things to come. Maybe they need to get rid of the principal?

Mercer "could" be a good job, but the new realignment has put them in a very tough district.
And even more immediately, their administration is a joke. Just sayin'.

Louisville Fairdale they fired coach Miller. Coach Miller is a good coach and wouldnt be suprise if he went to Henry County.
