Back to the game. If Harlan brings their A game they will win by touchdown. If they bring anything less, Perry Central will win by 14 points. I feel like Harlan overall has a better defense, but Perry has the better offense. The only spread that Harlan County runs is they spread out the handoffs equally to different running backs.
