I'm sure the officiating was the reason for the loss....
it had nothing to do with the fact that LCC's line couldn't seem to stay put before the snap.
On nearly every flag that was thrown, I called it before the flag was even thrown, officials did a great job.
Perry FINALLY kept the penalties to a minimum.
Everyone talks about the officials at Perry games....
but has anyone noticed that every game up until this one Perry fans have said we need to limit the penalties because we get so many flags thrown on us.
The better team won last night.
Letcher's QB was running for his life all night long and he took one shot that I don't know how he got up from.
I'm looking forward to more district play and I hope LCC can turn it around.
Perry's Front 7 on D looked great as usual, but the back 4 need to step up.

You can only discuss officiating if the game is close. This was a spanking and PCC won in a butt kicking.

This has been the best called game ive seen this year so far. hardly any missed calls on both sides. For those of you that say the refs changed the game, the refs can't score 37 points.

Everyone keeps talking about the comments about bad officiating. There was only one post talking about the officials and he very well may not be a LCC poster. All the regular LCC posters all stated it was a whipping fair and square.

The score appears as nothing more than a sound defeat. A rogue official does not make that big of a difference. LCC got smacked down plain and simple. PCC is on a roll thus far and im not going to take away from that. On this thread there fans are being very proffesional and they all deserve some credit. Very tough opponents lay waiting ahead so they better be on there horse. Clay and Harlan Co. will not lay over. Do not forget this is the craziest district in the state and anything can happen. And never forget that you will someday face LCC again.

Whining about the fake punt and onside kick when the game is out of reach would be sour grapes. So storing it in the memory banks for future reference would make more sense. I think that is what most LCC posters have done.

You Letcher fans deserve the same thing.:thanks:..And also there was really no confrontations during this game so I think the players, and fans showed pretty good sportsmanship, compared to the past.

First off think about it,Haddix did take out his starters in 4th quarter never did LCC and let them score two td's which they wouldnt have gotten and when he seen Mike wasnt going to take out his starters he said enough is enough and by the way LCC did do 2 onside kicks with PCC's staters out so sour grapes is just that i think PCC should have beaten them 70 -0 and could have all knows this and let them see what it feels like then no regret,yes they will meet next year but thats next year lets all enjoy this years victory for now and let LCC lick their wounds ,they had better get it togeather or they will be the bottom feeders ,media man said PCC was worse and he didnt get it right did he,lol sounds like they need check out where he parks next time,LOL!!!

PCC's starters were still in the game when Letcher's onside kick happened. Perry Central kept their starters in on special teams.

Like I stated before and I will stated it again for the posters who have "limited reading comprehension." No one on here from LCC has complained about the onside kick. It was brought up by a PCC poster.

When PCC was up 50-23 with 2 minutes left in the game. They onside kicked and recovered.
I just thought it was kinda classless. Not a major deal, but I didnt think a first year coach would want to start off by making enemies.
Which I also heard that Letcher wouldnt trade tapes with PCC earlier in the week on some future opponents, and that was the reason he was trying to stick it in them a little bit. But he did take his starters out and allowed Letcher to score twice in the 4th.

Now thats CLASS would you say a rookie coach and LCC coach didnt want to trade films wonder why,no reasoning can be seen for that its only fair and coaches always do that well he didnt and i would say most people will tell you Haddix has a lot of class he is just a winner,and a few old heads dont like it.....

I cant tell what you mean in your post since its just one big run on sentance. Are you being sarcastic when you say Haddix has class? Are you saying all coaches never trade films?
I dont think you understand what trading films mean. They dont trade there films with each other, but films theyve gotten from other teams. Say your playing Hazard this week, and Ive got Hazard first 3 games from there first 3 opponets. Normaly a coach would give another coach those 3 films in trade for film on one of there future opponets. I guess your thinking I meant he wanted them to give film up on themselves. Which would be stupid.
