Prestonsburg isn't in the same league as LC. LC is much bigger, stronger, and faster than Prestonsburg. They may win the game, but won't look anything like the Pville/LC game.

I'm guessing you didn't see P'burg play yet this season they played a team that is in a different league then P'ville even in a down year. P'burg will have this game one before the end of the first quarter.

It has been a long time since Paintsville has fielded a team that was competitive with Prestonsburg. I will be very surprised if Paintsville scores on the Blackcats first team defense or forces Prestonsburg's first team offense to punt. Paintsville needs to seriously consider adjusting its schedule to match its talent and numbers. The Tigers always have a few good players but they no longer have enough of them on the roster to compete with the larger schools in the area. The Tigers need more three-sport athletes to compete with teams like Prestonsburg, like they had 20 or 30 years ago.

Last year I would have agreed with you but this year...no way! Granted Ive only seen Prestonsburg in a scrimmage but LC is better than they were last year.

Pburg in an easy one. I wish they would quit playing Paintsville. Its not going to make them any better. And it would be a good game between LC and Pburg. Pburg isn't as good at QB as last year but they are probally better at every other position. And the Crisp kid looks good. Hes not Micheal yet but he is good. Their offense is also more balanced. The line is the biggest improvement though. I think Pburg could beat LC.

Yeah get beat by a fifty. Loose confidence, start fighting among each other, watch your team slowly fall apart. This is never good. Schedule teams that gives you a chance to get better. Not roll over you. Its ok to schedule these games if the coach actually believes in his heart they can win then play them. But to continue to get embarrassed by LC and Probably P-Burg then why not go back to playing Johnson Central at least this game made alot of money for the school!

Prestonsburg should win. Paintsville will be fine in district competition. It's hard for them to move up in class and play right now. Alot of people want Kinner gone but you could bring in Bear bryant right now and it would be hard to compete. Talent level is down. Kinner knows the game...If he has time he will win in the future. If he is given the time. Alot of impatient alumni in tiger town right now. I hope he can hang on.
