The best 4A teams next year (2011)
HM10 doesn't speak for all of the Boyle County fans. I for one know what Bell County brings back. I know that Lone Oak is going to loaded. I also know that Lexington Catholic can reload. I'm not going to declare a state championship for either of these teams. I'll let the boys on the field do the talking on friday nights.

You know me. Im just picking on the newby, he might not know what Bell Co has coming back. So I helped him out a little bit.

By the way check out my new avatar pick of John Dudley Hilton #14 and Josh Brown #33. Those are our 2 returning starting LB's from last season. Also have the new Blue Nike Home Jerseys this year as well that their wearing. We only had the white Nike ones last year for away games.

I know you are just poking fun.

Congratulations on the new uniforms! Maybe us Boyle County fans will get to see them on Log Mountain this year. I wish Boyle County would hurry up and get their new nike away uniforms in.

In my avatar is Paul Megilligan, if you didn't know who he is. He will be an all-state defensive tackle if he stays healthy.

He is also the person that started Boyle's comeback win last year in the State Championship game with the "BIG"4th. quarter blocked punt!
BellCoBobcats09 Wrote:Its nothing new. Alot of players have always played both ways for Bell Co.

good way to be well rounded ball players

You can tell just in the pic he is a pure athlete. You guys getting the Nike away jerseys this year?

Have a question? The John Michael Montgomery steakhouse in I think Harrodsburg is it good and how far from Danville is it? We have to come back to Marion Co the 28th to play Madison Central in a Bowl game.
8-10 min. from Boyle county high school.

Yeah getting some real nice away uni's. I heard they will be in at the end of the week.

Yeah 64 answered for you. It's no more than 10 minutes away. It's a very nice place to eat. I enjoyed the food there.

Do you guys play on Aug 28th? If not you guys should come over to Marion Co that day @ 5:30 and watch us play Madison Central. Should be a decent good game.

Unfortunately Boyle County plays against Franklin County at Danville Admiral Stadium. Kickoff is at 6:00 P.M.

I'd like to catch a Bell County game sometime in the regular season.
I heard there is some player and parent turmoil ongoing at Lone Oak. All started with a haircut.
It is the Eddie Montgomery Steakhouse in Harrodsburg, Ky. The John Michael Montgomery Steakhouse was in Nicholasville and is closed I believe. I'd hate for you to put it in your GPS and end up at a shut down restaurant in Nicholasville.

I also understand what Bell brings back but they scored 10 points on a defense that returns all of it's linebackers, 2 linemen and corner as starters. I look forward to a very tight and cold game at Log Mountain the day after Thanksgiving. I expect Boyle to win like HM10 does but I guess we'll see.

I didn't even notice that until just now. Thanks for pointing that out.

I lol when, I saw fryer tucks hair cut that was funny......
If Highlands drops down to 4A in 2011 you'd have to put them right at the top of the list, especially with Patrick Towles leading them for the 3rd year in a row.
I told you guys last year that Boyle will be going back to 3a in 2011,and im still being told the same thing, my source was chairman of the board at Boyle for 11 yrs.he is still very involved with the program.if he says it i believe it will happen.as for lone oak they are suppose to consolidate with 2 more schools next year, and move to 6a.

I dont think boyle or bell would mind a shot at the birds.......:redboxer:
Who knows. That's over a year away.
Martha Layne!! And Marion and boyle
LexCath is always good but their sophomore class is getting a lot of buzz led by quarterback Kyle Bolin and several fast receivers. They only have eight seniors this year and everything points to next year.
cavery59 Wrote:if you seen the regional Championship game western was the better team but we a not use to a running team.if we played lone oak it would be much closer then you thank.

I would think 09 Lone Oak would have beat 09 Western by at least 28-35 pts.last years Lone oak team had a very good defense, and one of the best offenses i have ever seen at the high school level.
Interestingly enough, Lone Oak started a freshman Quarterback (Cole Oesly) against Ballard. Hope it works out. He didn't do too shabby for his first Varsity game, passing for ~130 yards and rushing four times for 35 yards. ^_^
I should add to those numbers by saying that he only played in the first half, save maybe a couple of plays. We also tested out the other two QB's at our disposal. Oesley has big shoes to fill, but I think that he will do just fine. Smile
