Let me clarify, I am NOT talking about players like Barry Bonds, who have NOT been caught. (I think he is guilty but we live in a world of innocent until proven guilty.)

I have an unusual view on it, and I will explain it later, when I have time to write it out, lol.

Should it be an outright ban or should it be case by case? Should their even be a ban?

I have middle-age friends that grew up watching Pete Rose that say "if he (Rose) is banned from the Hall-of-Fame, people that actually CHEATED ON THE FIELD should never even step inside it" Maybe a little extreme but I am sure many on here share their sentiment.
