Amber Whitaker led Prestonsburg with a game-high 16 points. Brittany Collins followed Whitaker, adding 15 points for the Lady Blackcats. Meaghan Slone joined her two teammates in double figures, finishing with 13 points.

Junior Heather Dean led South Floyd with six points. Danielle Tackett and Valerie Skeens added three points apiece for the Lady Raiders.
