According to Steve Jones of TCP, Kentucky football landed another commitment tonight (their 11th for 2011) in the form of Columbus, Georgia corner Riyahd Jones. Jones, who did great work as Jim’s flame on The Office, measures in at 6′0″, 170 pounds and runs a 4.52 40. He attended UK’s camp last week and plays both wide receiver and cornerback for Columbus, Ga.’s storied Carver program, which famously banned all University of Georgia recruiting last year. Rivals lists Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt as other schools showing interest, though UK was the first to offer.
