I wonder about those new flashing lights on the back of coal trucks these days. Lights like that can cause seizures in some people. If they do, can the drivers or owners of the trucks be held responsible?

I would think that people will epiliptic seizures shouldn't be driving...but if they were and had one then perhaps?!?
