70 days after the Gulf spill and 67 days after the Dutch offered their help...

Quote:US accepts international assistance for Gulf spill

The United States is accepting help from 12 countries and international organizations in dealing with the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

The State Department said in a statement Tuesday that the U.S. is working out the particulars of the help that's been accepted.

The identities of all 12 countries and international organizations were not immediately announced. One country was cited in the State Department statement -- Japan, which is providing two high-speed skimmers and fire containment boom.

It looks like the CHANGE that we can believe in is INDECISION. At least Obama is prepared for any crisis that arises on American golf courses.

Or maybe, just maybe Obama's big union donors would not let him waive the Jones Act sooner.

Excellent point! Obama has said that his regime has been in control since day one. The two biggest decisions that Obama has been called upon to make - the troop surge in Afghanistan and allowing aid into the Gulf to assist in the cleanup - took months to make. If Russia launched its ICBMs toward our shores, how many days later would Obama decide what should be done? The man has no executive or leadership abilities at all.
