Sublett threw well through the 5th. Scattering 5 Hs, 1 BB, 7 Ks and 2 ERs. He just got tired in the 6th and started leaving pitches up and flat. It was the 3rd of 4 games in 2 days and the Tigers just didn't have anyone for relief. But, I thought Burchett threw well when he was brought in for Sublett in the 7th. Sublett was just stuck in "No-Man's Land", cause Burchett was about all that was left and may have been used in the last game if Lyons had gotten in trouble or tired. None the less, the young Tigers had the tying run at the plate in the 7th. They also showed some fight when they returned 6 hrs later and defeated a very good Bullitt East Team.
