* Christian Academy 48, Sacred Heart 42, final: The No. 13 Lady Centurions (25-6) advance to face No. 8 Mercy (22-8) in Sunday's 2 p.m. regional final. Antonita Slaughter led CAL with 18 points and nine rebounds. Allison Karst added 15 points, and China Dow pitched in 10 points and nine rebounds. Mary Gordon Stough led Sacred Heart (17-14) with career highs in points (15) and rebounds (15).
