Congrats to Rowan on the big win. Ashland just couldn't over the hump. Rowan had a lot to do with that. Ashland will be rebuilding for next couple of years. Good luck to all the seniors on both teams. Very hard fought game.

Congrats to Rowan, you played hard. Ashland will be rebuilding but they have a great bunch to build with. Dont think they will be a cakewalk for anybody especially in the district. IMO

good job to both teams, don't know if i would consider it rebuilding, they got some race horses coming up. they will just have to change their style. and play their best players reguardless of grade.

This game was over early in the fourth when the second starter for Ashland fouled out.

Natasha Kissinger had to finish with close to 30 points

Kissinger had 26 or 28pts. The article said 26 but the line score has 28 either way she played a great game.

Score was 43-40 with 3 min left. I will agree Kissinger was huge for Rowan last night, the pressure really had Ashland rattled last night.

Score was 43-27 and Rowan missed at least 4 layups to allow Ashland some life. Kittens never quit, and battled to the end. Congrats on a fine season. Chelsea Dietrich is a warrior.

Hats off to the Lady Vikings for a great win. Hats off to Ashland for a fine season and their comeback, and making things interesting, in the fourth without their star player. Should be a great final.
