Adriana Neely comes close to get a triple double , while doing so leading Rowan with 19 points. The lady Vikings forced 32 tornovers and will move on to face Ashland in the regional semi-finals.

Rowan county won the only regular season matchup between the squads by two points back in January.

Congrats to Coach Tackett and the Lady Vikings. If they play like that the next two games they will repeat as region champs. Congrats to Russell and their three seniors (Ferguson, Parsley, Hanson) on a good season. Two championships this year in All A and District. Parsley had 24 pts and 15 rebs in her last game. Congrats to her. Future looks bright for Russell in the coming years with Lane on the sidelines and some experience returning. Rowan/Ashland game should be a dandy!!:Thumbs:
